    The Financial Systems Analyst will implement, administer and maintain systems that focus on trading, compliance, accounting and reporting. The successful candidate will document system operating procedures, periodically test releases and new features of systems, and develop and maintain reporting. The individual will acquire strong system knowledge and work directly with business users to develop solutions.  Additionally, the Financial Systems Analyst will drive continuous process improvement and ensure consistency and integrity of data within each system. The individual must be able to multitask and learn in a fast paced environment, while completing goals by deadlines


    • Bachelor’s degree in a strong analytical and quantitative field such as Accounting, Finance or Economics required
    • Coursework in Information Systems or Computer Science required
    • Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently
    • Proficient in Excel
    • SQL, Crystal Reports or SSRS experience a plus
    • Interest in achieving or working towards an advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MSF) or professional designation (e.g., CFA) preferred
    • Familiarity with Agile Project Management framework preferred
    • General knowledge of equity, fixed income and derivative instruments preferred
    • Portfolio accounting or financial system experience preferred (e.g., CAMRA, Charles River, Debt & Derivatives)
