Candidates with a high degree of independent thinking skills, strong analytical and quantitative skills, and team playing abilities are encouraged to apply.


    Qualified candidates should be comfortable working in a team-oriented, open office environment. Intra-department deliverables are due to multiple points of contact, putting an emphasis on strong intrapersonal skills. A proficient level of skill in Excel is expected, as the vast majority of ad hoc reporting will be completed using this tool. Additionally, the candidate should be adept at adopting new technologies, specifically Redi2 Bill, SalesForce, Concur and NetDocuments, if prior experience is not applicable. While not primary responsibilities, the candidate may be expected to provide organizational depth within the accounts payable cycle and general administrative duties pool. 

    • Revenue Cycle Management – Generate quarterly customer billing statements
    • Maintain asset ledgers – Accounts Receivable, PP&E, Prepaids
    • Assist with document preparation for annual financial statement and employee benefit plan audits
    • Cross-train with A/P Specialist
    • Ad hoc financial reporting



    • Four year business degree with a focus on Accounting required
    • 2-4 years of relevant work experience preferred
    • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite required and familiarity with Sage accounting software preferred
