    The ServiceNow Administrator will be responsible for the daily management and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform at NISA. This person will lead several expansion initiatives and various process improvements within the platform. The ServiceNow Administrator will be a member of the Support Center team and reports to the IT Support Center manager.

    • Responsible for the development, configuration, integration, and implementation of ServiceNow at NISA.  With a process improvement focus, this person will collect and develop requirements related to ServiceNow tolls and services and will oversee the ServiceNow instances related to development, testing, and production. This person should have a fundamental understanding of IT service management and the ITIL business processes. 
    • Responsible for performing daily administration, issue resolution, and troubleshooting of the ServiceNow platform.
    • Manage the upgrade process and promotion of changes between environments, working within established Change Management procedures.
    • Understanding IT and business requirements with ability to create, test, and deploy improvements.
    • Managing and administering lists, filters, forms, platforms interfaces (to other data sources) and the data within tables, import sets and the CMDB.
    • Development, testing, deploying and updating workflows.
    • Producing reports and dashboards based on defined measures, metrics and key performance indicators.
    • Recommending any improvements regarding the platform, processes, or reporting.
    • Ensuring policies are reflected in the way the platform is administered.
    • Create and maintain system design and operations documentation.
    • May be required to provide support to Support Center operations if needed.


    • A minimum of three years of experience with ServiceNow including development, configuration, integration, and implementation
    • Good understanding of ITIL frameworks and processes including Incident Management, Change Management, Change Management, Request Fulfillment
    • Experience with ServiceNow Request Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Event Management, Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, Discovery, CMDB, Service Portal, Knowledge
    • Experience with ServiceNow MID Server, Orchestration, and APIs
    • Certified ServiceNow Administrator; Certified Implementation Specialist a plus
    • Working knowledge of Agile project framework
    • Strong writing, presentation, communication, and organization skills
