    The Systems Administrator is a member of the IT Infrastructure Team focused primarily on supporting the various technologies that the Infrastructure team supports as well as providing Tier 3 level issue resolution. The candidate for this position is one who enjoys working with and being exposed to many different types of Infrastructure technology such as New Employee/Vendor On-Boarding, which includes AD Group Membership & Access Coordination, New Phone Provisioning, and Mailbox creations. 

    • Resolution to incident and request tickets routed to Infrastructure team for completion
    • Citrix Administration (Citrix PVS, DDC, StoreFront, NetScaler). Troubleshooting problematic Application and Desktop Citrix Sessions, Citrix PVS Administration, DDC and StoreFront Management, and managing vDisk versioning process
    • Managing and maintaining a Microsoft Server enterprise environment (Active Directory Administration, DNS, Group Policy, DFS, Certificate Services, IIS Web Farm, and ADFS) in a multi-site configuration. Also supporting a Microsoft Identity Manager implementation for Identity Management
    • AppSense Policy & Personalization Management and Troubleshooting
    • Microsoft Exchange and Spam Filter Administration (Mailbox creations, Fulfilling permission requests, DAG Management, Mail flow Troubleshooting, and Spam/Phishing Investigations)
    • Enterprise VMware Administration (Troubleshooting VMs, Hosts, and vCenter, Creating new virtual machines for environment, Creating and managing templates, Patching environment with vSphere Update Manager or Ivanti/Shavlik)
    • Cisco VOIP administration (Cisco Phone Administration, CUCM/Unity/CUPS Administration)
    • Various Security Operation Tasks (Patching Server/VDI Environments, WebSense Administration, Access Control, RSA Administration, Server Anti-Malware Administration, performing malware Investigations)
    • Software Deployments (SCCM)


    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • A minimum of three years relevant technical experience with Citrix, Microsoft, or VMware
    • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server Administration (2008/2012/2016) and Citrix technologies (Supporting a Citrix PVS environment strongly preferred)
    • Microsoft MCP/MCSA, VMware VCA/VCP, or Citrix Certification a plus
    • Other Vendor certifications such as CompTIA or Cisco is also a plus
    • Basic Storage understanding and experience with enterprise backup products
    • Server experience with Cisco UCS and/or other Bladed server platforms preferred
