The Business Analyst / Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for developing, interpreting, reviewing, validating, documenting, and maintaining business and functional requirements. The Analyst evaluates business requests to determine feasibility, researches and identifies options, and recommends solutions to best serve business needs. The Analyst will also present information in addition to tracking and responding to questions related to business standards. The Analyst will also participate in integration testing, acceptance testing, identify potential problems, and research opportunities to minimize complexity. The Analyst serves as the primary interface between the user and the Information Technology team.
